Is my VIP upgrade getting shipped to me?

   No.  VIP packages will be picked up day of show at the venue.  You will need to arrive 75 

   minutes before doors open to general admission with a photo ID.  Your name will be on a list and you will be checked in for meet and greet opportunity.

Do I need a GA ticket with my VIP Upgrade?

​

     Yes.  VIP Upgrades DO NOT include a general admission ticket.  You will need a GA ticket 

     for VIP Upgrade to be applicable. GA tickets AND VIP Upgrades available at 

     snowthaproduct.com

What if someone else bought me the VIP Upgrade in their name?

​

     You will need a picture of the front and back of state or federal issued photo ID of the 

     person who bought them for you.

​

 

Does VIP Upgrade include photo opportunity with Snow Tha Product?

​

     Yes using your camera or device.  Please make sure your flash is on and camera is ready :)

​

 

When is Meet and Greet?

​

     Meet and Greet will be held 75 min before doors open to general public.  *Note, meet and 

     greets are held BEFORE the show and NOT after.  Info regarding exact time per city will be sent approx one week before showtime to email in order.
